First and foremost, we hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. During these trying times, we wanted to update you on our response to the current Covid-19 crisis and how that may impact you, our most valued guest and loyal member. At a very early stage during the course of this global outbreak, we implemented significant health, safety and cleaning/disinfecting measures across all our hotels to ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff and valued guests. We are now working with the national and local governments to monitor the situation as it develops. Our goal is to continue to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and we will continue our services unless a) it becomes unsafe to do so or b) we are asked to temporarily cease trading by the Government. We therefore fully expect to temporarily close some of our hotels under these circumstances. However, being Southeast Asia's largest privately owned and independent hotel company, we are strong, robust and experienced enough to weather this storm. We are confident that any of our hotels that have to temporarily close, will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. Our teams have never stopped short of giving their very best to serve you from their hearts. We know that their passion for this industry and for you, our guest, will outlast any crisis. For more than 20 years, we have welcomed millions of happy guests to our hotels and have proudly made ourselves a name for being the most trusted hotel group in the Archipelago. We continue to live up to our reputation and you can be assured that we are taking all necessary measures to respond to this pandemic and to provide a safe environment for all our guests and team members.
